The Customer Care Advisor handles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and voicemails from vacation ownership customers, delivering friendly, personalized service while ensuring accuracy in all transactions. This role involves providing detailed information about resorts and services, responding to rental guest messages, and resolving customer issues with care and thorough follow-through. Advisors use discovery techniques to recommend products that enhance customer experience and drive company revenue. They are expected to uphold strict data security standards, participate in training and team meetings, follow departmental procedures, and maintain productivity and call adherence expectations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

M-F with evenings and weekends as needed.

Listed pay is $18.27 an hour.
