As a Domestic Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of domestic shipments while delivering exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry, tracking and tracing shipments, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners. You’ll be expected to understand customer expectations, meet all service level agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This role also requires continuous learning through cross-training and ongoing development, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving to exceed customer expectations.
M-F shifts.
Listed pay is $22 to $33 an hour.
