We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Export Customer Service Associate to support wholesale clients by managing export sales orders from placement to delivery. In this role, you will provide top-tier customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments. You’ll work closely with the Export Sales Team and internal departments—including accounting, logistics, compliance, and warehouse operations—to ensure accurate documentation, export labeling compliance, and smooth order fulfillment. Success in this position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service and exports (preferably in the wine or beverage industry), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of wine and commitment to regulatory compliance are also key.
Listed pay is $25 to $29 an hour.
