The Client Support Associate at Stockton Boulevard Safe Stay plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals experiencing homelessness. Working as part of a dedicated team, CSAs monitor client activities on campus, conduct safety checks, and help enforce program rules while building trust and rapport to connect clients with needed resources. Responsibilities include conflict resolution, assisting clients with daily needs, processing possessions, distributing meals, managing donations, and maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces. CSAs are also responsible for documenting activities, writing incident reports, and escalating concerns when necessary. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in outdoor and varying conditions to ensure client safety and support.
Evening shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: From $21 an hour.
