Oliver’s Market is looking for a full time Corporate Administrative Assistant who will support the business office operations with a variety of responsibilities. Greet, welcome, and direct visitors; answer phones; handle inquiries; transfer calls; perform data entry; and carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, labelling, scanning, etc. Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), able to multi-task, skilled in operating office equipment including fax, copier, printer, scanner, and email functions. Bilingual preferred
