As a Guest Service Agent, provides welcoming and professional guest service by managing check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries while delivering accurate information about accommodations, amenities, and local attractions. Handles guest concerns with empathy and collaborates with hotel departments to ensure smooth and satisfying guest experiences. Performs night audit duties, balances accounts, and maintains organized front desk operations. Supports food and beverage services by preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, assisting with basic kitchen tasks, maintaining bar cleanliness and hygiene, monitoring inventory levels, and accurately handling cash receipts.

Listed pay is $18 to $21 an hour.
