The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Radiologic Technology Program, assisting leadership, faculty, clinical coordinators, and students in a fast-paced academic and clinical environment. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations, coordination of academic and clinical activities, and effective communication across the program.
- rovide administrative support to the Program Director, faculty, and Clinical Coordinators
- Coordinate admissions interviews, track results, and communicate with incoming students
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and faculty scheduling/tracking
- Organize meetings, maintain records, and support committees and program events
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students and visitors
- Maintain confidential student records in compliance with policies (FERPA)
- Support exam coordination, proctoring, and student accommodations
- Assist with clinical site coordination, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Manage program calendars, events, and ceremonies (orientation, commencement, etc.)
- Handle purchasing, reimbursements, inventory, and service requests
- Maintain program webpages and communication platforms
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Relevant administrative experience (preferred)
- Typing speed of 50 WPM and proficiency with standard office equipment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with communication tools (Outlook, Zoom, phone systems)
- Ability to learn academic systems (e.g., Canvas, Banner)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
