WHAT i DID today WAS work ON MicroSIP. FIRST i WORKED with ONE student, DOING example CALLS, then TWO other STUDENTS; ROLEPLAYING different SENARIOS and ROTATING roles AS employee, CALLER, or MANAGER. being A new SYSTEM there WERE a FEW issues LEADING to US not TRANSFERING calls DIRECTLY to VOICEMAIL.

Today I worked on a customer service course in Percipio and on my portfolio.

For the first hour I added job listings to the CTP website, focusing on the Sacramento area, also adding a job fair. In the second hour I worked on the emergency food list for the Orange County area. In the last hour I continued on the DEI companies list.

Today we started with typing tests, per usual. For the remainder of the class we worked with our new phone system microSIP, and role played.

Today we worked on typing practice. We worked on phone scripts to practice using MicroSIP. We learned how to transfer calls using MicroSIP phone system.

Today we went over some things in class that we needed to improve on. One of them was the table of contents. Then we all went over more of the Micro Sip by calling some of our classmates or instructors. Lastly, we did the challenge to see how much we have improved this month.

Was in class with Marc and Mike. We tested our MicroSip extensions. Made a call to most of my classmates, besides the one that doesn’t have his setup yet. Did my first Independent Challenge using Sheets. Was challenging but got through it. Hope that I didn’t goof more than the one I know I did. …

I’m still having a harder time with the DEI list. It’s difficult to find a company with DEI efforts that isn’t already listed. My only plan is to think outside the box, and look for companies that I am familiar with, like Nintendo, who creates video games.
