I finished my portfolio sound for my Slide presentation…we also did phone handling with transfers.

Today, I started with 15 minutes of typing practice on MonkeyType to enhance my speed and accuracy. Next, I worked on a “leaving a message” exercise, drafting scripts for various phone scenarios such as a call-off message and responding to customer complaints. Practiced with the 3cx phone system.

Today was all about self-learning in sheets. Didn’t know how to sum columns or add borders before, but figured it out on my own! Also logged into 3CX for the first time, it’s a phone system we use for calls and communication.

Today, I started by typing for 15 minutes on MonkeyType. Then, I set up my phone app, ensuring it works with 3CX. Finally, I completed the Independent Challenge using Google Docs and Sheets.

Today was an Independent Challenge Day. Everything was good until I hit the last part. What fun arranging those columns and using formulas, but I guess in time I will get them down. I do enjoy seeing the progress I make in PRO class though.

Today I did my job posts and my EFG and my AO, but there was a hiccup with the CTP website that ended up fixing itself, but all in all, it was a good day. Daniel Lee Blair
