Started off class with typing tests. Then continued with a test consisting of email responses to customers that have a question about power of wellness.

Today we worked on typing practice. We worked on written customer service responses. We worked on transfers and holds using MicroSIP phone system.

For the first hour I added job listings to the CTP website, focusing on San Francisco and nearby cities. In the second hour I worked on the emergency food list for Orange County. In the last hour I continued the search for companies for the DEI list.

As usual, I started my day by finding and sharing job postings. I was very excited to find one as a library aide at the charter school my mother started back in 2006! I switched over to the food bank spreadsheet, where I added 8 more resources. I rounded out my day working on rehab …

WHAT i DID today WAS work ON MicroSIP. FIRST i WORKED with ONE student, DOING example CALLS, then TWO other STUDENTS; ROLEPLAYING different SENARIOS and ROTATING roles AS employee, CALLER, or MANAGER. being A new SYSTEM there WERE a FEW issues LEADING to US not TRANSFERING calls DIRECTLY to VOICEMAIL.

Today I worked on my Linked In Profile and participated in both mock interview and what is wrong with this scenarios questions.
