Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate solutions, maintains accurate records of interactions within CRM systems, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently. Stays current on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to deliver accurate information and high-quality customer support.
Listed pay is $18.25 an hour.
