As a Front Desk Scheduler/Receptionist, coordinates therapy schedules with accuracy and efficiency while serving as the first point of contact for families through in-person, phone, text, and online communications. Communicates daily with families, therapists, and leadership to manage schedule changes, cancellations, and gaps while maintaining a calm and organized front office environment. Prepares materials, supports administrative tasks, and utilizes scheduling platforms and internal systems to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborates closely with administrative and clinical teams across locations to deliver a positive and supportive client experience.
Listed pay from $22 an hour.
