We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to handle high volumes of incoming calls, resolve customer complaints efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting drivers with their routes, and performing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and active listening skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask and adapt to different personalities. A high school diploma and proven experience in customer service are required.
Morning and evening shifts, with rotating weekends.
Listed pay is $18 to $19 an hour.
