As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and adherence to NEMS’ communication standards. You will schedule appointments across multiple clinics and departments, verify patient insurance, update demographic records, and process primary care provider (PCP) change requests. In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships through excellent customer service, clarify patient needs, and offer accurate solutions or alternatives. Additional responsibilities include data entry, responding to patient portal messages, supporting outreach initiatives, and assisting with referrals to internal services and programs. Occasional travel to other sites may be required.
Listed pay is $31.06 an hour.
