The CSR/Sales/Quoting position supports the flat glass department with responsibilities across residential, light commercial, and miscellaneous glass services. This full-time role involves managing heavy phone traffic, providing quotes and estimates, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and maintaining the daily calendar using Microsoft Outlook. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer service, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Additional duties include ordering parts, handling returns, using quoting software, and occasionally shuttling customers within Redding. Strong communication skills and a valid CA driver’s license are required, with growth opportunities available within the department.
M-F day shift.
Listed pay is: $18 to $23 an hour.
