The Customer Sales & Service Representative plays a key role in supporting both customers and Account Managers by providing product solutions, processing orders, handling inquiries, and managing returns. This role also includes sourcing parts, assisting in generating sales, and helping in the stockroom as needed. Success in this position requires at least six months of customer service or inside sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Listed pay is $20 to $23 an hour.
