As a Customer Service Representative in the casino environment, you will be responsible for monitoring and auditing live card games such as Blackjack, Poker, Tiles, Three-Card Poker, Ultimate Texas, and Baccarat to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations. This role requires maintaining asset protection procedures, observing gameplay for accuracy, and reporting any suspicious activity. Working in a fast-paced, lively setting, you will collaborate with dealers and casino staff to create a safe, professional, and positive experience for both guests and coworkers.
Day, evening and overnight shifts, with weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Listed pay is: $21.50 to $24.50 an hour.
