The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting property management operations by conducting interior and exterior inspections of both vacant and occupied rental units, posting required notices, and showing available properties. This role ensures compliance with state, federal, and local landlord-tenant laws while generating legal documents and processes in line with company guidelines. The position involves creating maintenance work orders, participating in the after-hours emergency phone rotation, maintaining company vehicles, and traveling as needed for team meetings. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative upholds company policies, demonstrates professionalism at all times, and contributes to organizational goals by taking ownership of responsibilities, exploring new opportunities, and staying current with industry knowledge and best practices.
Listed pay is $17 to $18 an hour.
