The Customer Service Representative/Designer at FASTSIGNS serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, preparing estimates, creating design proofs, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. This role involves building strong client relationships, managing communications through phone, email, and in-person meetings, and supporting business and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail or sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus, along with an outgoing, customer-focused attitude and eagerness to contribute to the overall success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
Listed pay is $24 to $27 an hour.
