We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our wholesale and eCommerce operations. In this role, you will manage order processing, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments, and maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and payments. You’ll also handle customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues quickly and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in operations, logistics, or administration—preferably in a retail or eCommerce setting—along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems.
M-F day shift.
Listed pay is: $20 to $30 an hour.
