As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll greet walk-in and phone customers with enthusiasm, recommend tailored product solutions, and build lasting relationships through upselling and follow-ups. You’ll process sales orders, support warehouse operations, and ensure a clean, well-stocked environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds are also required. Forklift certification is a plus.
Overtime as needed.
Listed pay is $20 to $21 an hour.
