We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support inbound and outbound communication while promoting ThompsonGas products and services. In this role, you will handle incoming calls with professionalism and care, uncover sales and service opportunities, and address a variety of customer needs including billing, product inquiries, account setup, and grievances. You’ll provide accurate updates on order statuses, process walk-in payments, manage account data in CARGAS and MPX systems, and support collection efforts for past due accounts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of customer service processes, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
Weekday schedule, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is $23 an hour.
