We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage utility account services and billing inquiries. In this role, you will assign and bill new accounts, respond to service failures, explain charges and policies, and assist customers both in person and through phone, email, and fax communications. You’ll conduct special billing investigations, resolve disputes, and handle complex credit and collection issues with sound judgment and adherence to departmental procedures. Responsibilities also include monitoring account balances, initiating collection actions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to communicate effectively while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Listed pay is: $51,204 to $65,352 a year.
