As a bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to communicate service schedules, relay late notifications, and address participant or vendor concerns. Your responsibilities include gathering and documenting information, processing service changes, and escalating issues as needed. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum typing speed of 45 WPM. Confidentiality, organization, and the ability to handle multiple variables in standardized situations are key to success in this role.

M-F, 8 hour shifts.

Listed pay is: $18 to $20 an hour.
