They use available tools to gain product knowledge and confidently assist with complete project solutions, driving sales and customer satisfaction. These associates maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked department, while also supporting adjacent departments as needed. With a strong focus on safety and teamwork, they follow all safety protocols and collaborate with supervisors and fellow associates to ensure a productive and customer-focused environment across a variety of departments such as Flooring, Lumber, Paint, and Tool Rental.
Listed pay is: $20 to $23 an hour.
