As a Customer Service Representative, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and timely support. Responsibilities include managing and updating records on equipment inventory, repair status, and approvals, as well as inputting repair estimates and coordinating equipment surveys. You’ll also be responsible for updating the TEC system, preparing billing documentation, and compiling monthly reports. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with yard and shop supervisors to prioritize repairs and track sales equipment movements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across operations.
Listed pay is $23.70 an hour.
