We are seeking a friendly and service-driven Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional hospitality and ensure a seamless experience for our hotel guests. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, verifying payments, making reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and care. You’ll also manage communications through phone or PMS systems, assist with bookkeeping tasks, and safeguard guest valuables. Flexibility is key, as you may be called on to support in areas like breakfast service or luggage assistance during peak periods. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering outstanding guest satisfaction.

Weekends and holidays as needed.

Listed pay is: $17.50 to $21.50 an hour.
