We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented Guest Services Agent to provide exceptional hospitality and support throughout the guest experience. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, managing reservations accurately, and handling sensitive information with discretion. You’ll work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and fulfill guest requests promptly and professionally. A strong knowledge of Napa Valley is essential, as you’ll assist guests with local recommendations and reservations at wineries, restaurants, and more. The ideal candidate is punctual, positive, a team player, and attentive to detail—ready to uphold both a polished appearance and our high service standards every day.
Weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $25 an hour.
