Health and Life Organization, Inc. is looking for a full time Medical Receptionist I who will greet patients with a smile while performing essential duties like answering phones, checking patients in and out, confirming insurance eligibility, making sure all consent forms are signed and updated, creating patient charts, scanning/photocopying required documents, providing great customer service. Must be proficient in MS Office, detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and possess excellent communication skills.
