I did an independent challenge today. I also did customer service role playing.

fifteen minutes of typing practice, finished all three parts of the Independent Challenges, and did the Accountability Assignment.

Today, I worked on my typing, which I am improving on. I worked on a project in which I had to portray myself as a good/bad employee. I also completed an assessment for Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Today we started off class with 15 minutes of typing. Jose discussed what we will be doing this week, We did Power Of Wellness Customer Service Roleplays and we finished off with Independent Challenge.

Today we started the third week for Power of Wellness, going over the module the Power of Wellness Phone Systems and Customer Service. We started with some practice exercises involving differences between good employees and bad employees. We got to scenario 2 before we had to pivot to the independent challenge. After finishing the independent challenge, we were free to work on any projects in progress, so I spent my time working in percipio.

After typing and a class exercise roleplaying good and bad customer service for POW, I completed my individual challenges and watched through Percipio courses.

Today we turned in our Monday Percipios and sent reminder emails to PRO for accountability assignment. We in person role played “POW Customer Service” and then participated in the “Independent Challenge” I think I will look for a Percipio video on google sheets.

Today We were in employment services with Carrie We worked on our question and answers sheet. We had a mock scenario with a company we applied to and had to follow up with an email and phone call to check on the status of the position. We also went into break out rooms with two or three people and brainstormed on coming up with three questions to ask the interviewers in are mock interviews we will have next week and also had an intake session with Carrie

Today I listened to Carrie as she was instructing us to go to the Employment Services. I listened and did an e-mail and a phone call to Carrie. I worked on Craigslist and Honest Jobs so that I can have the link on there. then I sat and waited and then I got sent to a breakout room to talk with Lucy and some guy I don’t know the name for about job stuff. Then I got sent out of the breakout room to talk with Carrie.

Today we started with learning how to professionally write a follow back email, as well as a phone call.

After which we went into working on our profesional doccuments.

To wrap the day up, we did some interview questions. We then broke up into groups and came up with questions for our intervenes.
