We had a presentation today on the job posts from a scam artist’s that are trying to take your money. It was a great well done presentation and very enlightening on the topic on the scam job listings. Second hour was spent on the LinkedIn job profile social media site. refining the page a little more but still have a ways to go but getting there. Third hour was interview practice which went better than previous times.
I watched the videos about scammers with job research, and went over the examples and how to detect them.
I worked on my job log, LinkedIn, and my resume.
Practiced interview Qs and As.
I graduated the training yesterday and I am very proud of myself for all the hard work that I put in during training. It was my last employment services class which is bitter sweet. I did learn how to spot scam jobs and look out for red flags. I truly appreciate all of the instructors and all of help they have given me. I will miss my classmates but I know I will see them when I log for SJS. My last blog post of training. Thank you Mike, Marc, Jose and Carrie for everything. 🙂
