We started the POW appointment scheduling roleplays. Djuana and I were the employee and the customer then we switched roles. I had a lot of fun in today class getting to roleplay and act that out.
In the first hour, I did 15 minutes of typing and then added some job listing to the CTP WordPress site. In the second hour I worked on the emergency funds list for San Mateo County. In the final hour I worked on the slides project.
Today we focused on Power of Wellness appointment project. Instructors show us how to adjust tabs for easy viewing and access. For the second hour, Mike and Marc role play before we broke out in groups. Which made us more comfortable. We started role play on the third hour. We only had enough time to do one round with two people playing employee and customer one time each. To be continued tomorrow…
