July 30

More phone script with the software phone system zoiper. I finally got it. Did the Rose, Bud & Thorn e-mail to give tomorrow and another couple people will be giving their class presentation for their last week showing what the’ve done.

What I did today

In the first hour, I spent 15 minutes practicing typing and then added job listings in the San Jose area to the CTP website. In the second hour I worked on the emergency funds list for Solano and Yolo counties. In the last hour I worked on the slides project, added some text to one of the images.

What I Did Today

Started the day with 15 min of typing practice and followed that up with the Rose, Bud, and Thorn emails highlighting our triumphs and things we still need to work on. Then we practiced the strips form the day and ran them through three times each.

What I Did Today

For my first hour I worked on job listings focusing on Administrative Assistant in the North Bay. I posted 6 jobs to the CTP website.

I moved on to the Essential Job Functions presentation and I met with Jose to get clarification on the additional slides we are going to add to the current version. I’m taking time to ensure the presentation flows as I describe job functions vs qualifications and how to read a job description

I also met with Carrie to check in and keep her up to date regarding the presentation I’m working on.
