What I did today POST
What I Did Today
For the first hour of my shift, I worked on job listings to post to the CTP website. My focus was on “Administrative Support” in the Sacramento area.
Then I moved over to the Business Outreach project where I’m tasked to make contact with organizations by either email or on the “contact page” using the letter template. In some cases, finding the contact information is difficult but I’m taking my time and researching their websites diligently. I’m on row 37 and will continue with the project on Monday.
What I Did Today
I presented my tech article and then practiced handling customer complaints in class. Nothing was tough with it and I had a good time pretending to be an employee, a customer, and a manager in the practices. I hope that next time we work more with using MicroSIP other than just this week.
What I Did Today
I started my day with researching jobs and posting them onto the skill center. For the rest of the day I worked on a new project working on google slides presentations to improve it. I have to admit, I am rusty with slides and need to get creative with my ideas.
