What I did today
My day started as usual with searching for possible job postings. I shared 15 to the group. I had a check in with Carrie, and helped Abdul get up and running on food bank research. Then I started the process of moving the food bank listings over to the website. Finally, I switched over to the rehab spreadsheet. I researched and entered 5 locations.
What I did today
Today was my first full week in the AWEX program. I continued with the job postings on the CTP website. I found a few interesting postings, mostly in the tech and customer service industries. The challenging part is to find positions that do not require too much skill. Most positions do require the applicants to have the necessary skills and qualifications. Also, I started doing the food bank assignment. This seems to be good practice researching some sites and to learn about them.
