Today I started with the 3 minute typing practice. We also did the Pro Power Of Wellness Phone Scripts.

Today we started off with sharing our weekly tech articles. Cody presented a post regarding the Amazon web servers crash that affected a great deal of companies. My article was about Microsoft’s new vision for the Copilot AI assistant. After our presentations we returned to the main group and started working on the Power of Wellness phone scripts. Unfortunately my partner was unable to get their phone working for the exercise. To wrap the day up we will be watching the graduation presentations.

Today, we started off with our tech articles for CTT. Mine was about a recent mass outage due to a DNS error causing an issue with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and its cloud servers. Apps and sites like Reddit, Snapchat, and more went down. Even Fortune 500 companies saw their services disrupted. A cautionary tale on giving too much infrastructure to any one tech/Internet entity, I would say.

For the second hour before the graduation celebration during the final hour, we decided on doing phone scenarios, including practicing putting someone on hold and taking messages over the phone.

Today, I completed a typing test for the first third of class. Then I worked on a 3 scenario communication through phone as a employee and as a customer. I will be joining in a little bit a graduation for people that I have completed their training (people who have been here for three months).

fifteen minutes of typing practice followed by a 3-min typing test, tried the POW phone scrips, and End of the Month Celebration for 3rd month students.

Today we started of class with typing for 15 minutes, then we did a Pro 3 minute typing test. We did some of the role plays and now we are finishing off today with our Graduates Portfolio Presentation.

I did phone scripts with classmates today.

Today, I worked more on the Disk Imaging lab from a couple of weeks back. This time, I did the full disk image recovery using an image that had the sysprep.exe command run on it. I did this for the first and most of the second hour.

For the remainder of the second hour and the final part of class, I did Part 3, the backup part of the lab that was about capturing a backup image of the sysprepped disk image after having configured the VM for it in Part 2.

Today we had our two mock interviews. I felt more confident in both of these interviews because I had a peer with me the ladies interview both Babette and I in the first one and Nicole and I in the second one. It was a pleasure to know the interviewer as well as Babette and Nicole on how they would answer their questions. I know it is not guaranteed but, I hope we can do interviews like this more often.

Today I did are 15 minute typing practice. We worked on finishing the customer service role play. We went over the challenge assignment. I also finished my intake meeting with Carrie. I also wrote out an end of the month reflection and emailed it to Pro.
