In this role, you will respond to tech support tickets, guide customers through our software platform, conduct Zoom walk-throughs, and develop our knowledge base by writing help documents and creating video tutorials. Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or GED, along with strong intermediate computer skills and a solid grasp of web technologies. Proven ability to learn new tools independently and quickly is essential. While not mandatory, previous technical support experience within a SaaS environment or fluent Spanish language skills will be considered a distinct advantage.– Completely Remote

What’s the Job?
Assembling, testing, and packing Mechanical assemblies using hand tools and benchtop equipment. Following detailed assembly procedures. Conduct visual inspections and report any defects.
$35-39 hr

What’s Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent education.

Knowledge of ISO9001 quality standards.

Proficiency in using hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, cutters, torque drivers, and screwdrivers.

Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and follow procedures accurately.

Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

What Today Held

Awesome day (per usual). I really enjoyed speaking with Devin and Carrie about this program and how well they plus my instructors Mike, and Marc have been positively aiding my growth in this short period of time. Honestly, three months usually feels extremely slow and this past two months (in month three now) have really zoomed by so quickly. I miss our activities and tasks before graduation has even happened. I’m also proud that I learned so much to continue my path of new beginnings and experiences. Thank you CTP, y’all rock!!! More humans should know about this opportunity for for growth in our communities!

What I Did Today

Today was the second day of electives, simply working on my end of course portfolio presentation. I was glad I mostly had the presentation figured out, so I could focus on preparing the oral presentation component. I was able to record it with Mike, and I’m already excited for the end of course.

Otherwise, I didn’t have much to do today. I had to restart my computer because I was backed up with necessary updates to my machine. Even with that taken care of, it seems the HOT weather has my computing capabilities definitely a tiny bit slower.

Also, I met with Devin and Carrie for our monthly check-in. I was happy to see them and get mostly good reports back from my participation and attendance in class. And, it seemed like they supported me in my future learning with Salesforce. See you tomorrow!

What I did Today

Today was more work on Project Inception. I was able to get pretty far into Phase 3 before I lost connection with the remote desktop. But that was okay because it happened fairly close to the end of class and I just worked on Percipio. I also had a monthly check in and that was nice. It was a good reminder of all the resources I have covering both technical and employment services. And it shows that the program wants to make sure my input is heard.

We also did our weekly tech articles because this week is weird. Monday was off and we only have two normal days because tomorrow will be mock interviews. I’m a little nervous about that but regardless (even if I crash and burn, which is unlikely) I’ll still learn for the future. But anyway, about the tech articles. Everyone brought really interesting ones that ran the gamut of new tech replicating retro ones, vibe coding games onto mobile phones, complicated breakthroughs in quantum computing, and (my own) on shirts that fool AI recognition cameras. It felt like a really chill conversation time rather than an actual assignment. Which was nice for the nerves.

What I did today post

Today we continued working on our lab for project inception round 2. I was able to use the virtual machine to download the Debian ISO to the new virtual machine program, and I was trying to finish up the Ubuntu desktop install, but it kept getting stuck on the progress bar. Then, at the end of the day, we presented our tech articles. We also had our check-ins with Devin and Carrie.

9/9/26 what i did

I posted 4 jobs for others to see; talked with Jose and Carrie about Videos and worked on the video; got one done. Finding the jobs for others is hard but also interesting. It makes you really look at every detail. Also, I found two jobs that were interesting to me. Making the videos is a process; I had a little frustration moment, but got over it and was able to make a good video. I pulled video coverage and photos from different old videos of CTP.

TIL

Today I cloned all my VMs and organized the clones into a new folder, and also a new collapsible group on the VirtualBox machine list. I continued to work on Part Deux of Project Inception, installing the OS on the new Debian VM. I also did my core check-in in the first hour. For the last part of today’s session, we presented our tech articles. Mine was on quantum computers, so it was very challenging to explain, but I did my best to convey the basic concept.
