The Ramp & Customer Service Agent provides vital support to airline operations by assisting guests with travel needs such as ticketing, check-in, boarding, and baggage services, while also performing ramp duties outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities include transporting, loading, and offloading luggage and cargo, conducting aircraft marshaling, pushbacks, deicing, grooming, and security searches. The role also involves managing luggage claims, processing standbys and upgrades, and ensuring a smooth guest experience at the gate. This position requires flexibility to perform a variety of tasks as directed by management, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is $19.10 an hour.
