This role involves welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing accurate information about our services. The ideal candidate will handle client intake, schedule consultations, and ensure smooth communication between clients, attorneys, and legal contacts.
Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries and missed calls, conducting conflict checks, processing payments, and supporting attorneys with administrative tasks. The role also involves maintaining organized records, ordering office supplies, and keeping reception and common areas professional and welcoming.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. Prior knowledge of legal terminology or family law is a plus but not required.
