This week, I watched another corny customer service training video, did another independent challenge, practiced phone scenarios, wrote my final Rose/Bud/Thorn email, presented my article on exoskeletons, worked on written customer service responses, finished my final Skillsoft courses, and of course, finished my Core Portfolio presentation (which we’re about to watch!)
