What I Did Today

Today, we watched a video about good vs. bad customer service. We then did phone roleplays, switching between good customer service and bad customer service when playing the employee. We then did the independent challenge. I think I did well. I might have been able to go a little faster, but I wanted to double-check everything to make sure it was correct. I finished the independent challenge a bit early, then auto-scheduled my accountability email for tomorrow, then did some typing practice.
