Today was the start of the week where the two classes (CTT and PRO) work together. Which was a curveball, but a learning curveball as a real office will sometimes have teams of different departments/skill sets working together. We watched a humorous video on customer service (though of course the corniness and hitting us over the head is to help us learn and make it more fun). And then we did a test going over Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets. It was a lot of stuff I already knew but review is always good. And it was fun to use it as an opportunity to experiment. Like on the sheets part I added some extra flairs (freezing columns and splitting things between two worksheets). And it’s a good reminder that I enjoy this and excel (pun not intended) at this. Or at least I hope. Of course I shouldn’t count my scores before they are graded.
I also clocked in on homebase late. It’s better than in the past when I forgot to do it sometimes, but still needs to improve. But still 2:03 pm isn’t that bad and my previous job gave me a couple minutes leeway (though I shouldn’t expect that everywhere of course).
