Front Desk Agent Grand Pacific Resorts Napa, CA Full-Time, Part-Time Seasonal

We’re seeking a friendly, organized Resort Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

  • Greet guests, assign rooms, and handle check-in/check-out գործընթաց
  • Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and in-person
  • Provide accurate information on rooms, rates, amenities, and services
  • Verify payment details and maintain booking/payment records
  • Address guest questions and resolve complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
  • Support group bookings, VIP guests, and special events (e.g., weddings)
  • Promote and upsell resort services when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel/resort front desk or similar role
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, RoomKeyPMS)
  • Understanding of travel platforms (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hotel management degree is a plus

Schedule:

  • Seasonal position through October 2026
  • Weekend availability required
