Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and upkeep of residential communities. This role is responsible for performing routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, as well as assisting with unit turn/make-ready processes.
- Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform repairs and upkeep for units, buildings, and common areas
- Assist with unit turns and property inspections
- Maintain grounds, cleanliness, and overall community appearance
- Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Support pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs
- Track inventory, supplies, and maintenance records
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation
Customer Service:
- Deliver responsive, professional service to residents
- Promote a positive community image
- Enforce community policies consistently
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA standards preferred
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in various environments
- Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces
- Capable of operating tools, equipment, and vehicles

- Reliable transportation for on-call responsibilities
