We’re seeking a friendly, organized Resort Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
- Greet guests, assign rooms, and handle check-in/check-out գործընթաց
- Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and in-person
- Provide accurate information on rooms, rates, amenities, and services
- Verify payment details and maintain booking/payment records
- Address guest questions and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
- Support group bookings, VIP guests, and special events (e.g., weddings)
- Promote and upsell resort services when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel/resort front desk or similar role
- Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, RoomKeyPMS)
- Understanding of travel platforms (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor)
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Hotel management degree is a plus
Schedule:
- Seasonal position through October 2026
- Weekend availability required
