Fifteen minutes of typing practice, set up phone app for customer service and learned how to transfer, and set up conference calls, and did a Independent Challenge for Docs, and Sheets.

Today, we set up a digital office phone program called Microsip and got our accounts set up. We then did tests to make sure the phones could call, connect, etc. I was even used as an example call for a demonstration we did on placing callers on hold and transferring calls. For the remainder of …

In the first hour I did 15 minutes of typing practice, and then added job listings to the CTP website, from the Sacramento area. In hours two and three I worked on the emergency funds list for El Dorado and Amador Counties.

Today I started the afternoon with some typing practice. After practicing for 15 minutes I set up a phone using MicroSIP. Shortly after that I worked on the independent challenge and was able to complete it by the end of the day. Was good to see how much I have progressed since starting.

We combined classes today and practiced typing for 15 min and did our independent challenge. Typed for 15 mins did the independent challenge I haven’t finished part 3 but I did the first 2 parts.
