In the first hour I did my usual 15 minutes of typing, and then added some job listings to the CTP website. In hours two and three I worked on the workstation project, creating and configuring an account for a new user for the first time.

Today I typed. I prepared an email on Roses, Buds, and Thorns for this month. I practiced POW Written Customer Service Responses. I celebrated Erin’s graduation.

Today, we did our monthly 3-minute typing test. We sent our rose, bud, and thorn emails. We reviewed phone transfers, but then the phone system wasn’t working. Today, I took a 3-minute typing test and wrote a Rose Bud Thorn email. Since the phone system was not working today, we worked on written customer service responses instead.

I finished posting three listings early today so I found some job fairs as well as organizations that help people connect with employers. I even found a tech for women who live near the Bay Area. I keep checking but no CTP grads have reach out to me yet. I sent a message to former …

In the first hour I did my usual typing practice, hitting goals of 60wpm in both 5 minute tests, then moving on to doing some job listings. In hours two and three I worked on the workstation project, and met with Jose about next steps.

Today I sent an appointment reminder for a POW exercise. I had mock interviews with employees of United Business Bank. It was an enjoyable experience.

Today, we had mock interviews with United Business Bank. I had two rounds of interviews, and the second interview had two people. It was really good practice, and I got some great feedback. Even as I struggle with my posture disorder, my smile, eye contact, tone, and even body language still come through.
