Today I overcame my fear of interviewing. I had positive feedback from both my interviewers. It was a good experience to get over my nervousness and talk about myself, my achievements, and my goals.

The main events today were recording my portfolio and working on my phone skills and the Sunshine Express phone scripts.

Today we worked on email signatures. I improved upon mine by changing the font and getting the left edge to line up perfectly with the text. Today I practiced my typing. my phone was set up. I learned how to make calls.

I typed for 15 minutes at the beginning of the classroom. I had the opportunity to review the signature making. We all participated in a mock phone conversation and became familiar with transferring.

Today I installed mricoSIP to set up the phone. We then practiced responding to calls from customers and transferring them to another employee.

I forgot to clock-in homebase 🙁 and I wasn’t feeling 100% well. Today we installed MicroSip phones. We were assigned groups and practiced roles. Then we did 5 different scenarios with different rotating roles. The instructions were a bit confusing because the options weren’t clear. Jose did another demo to help us with transfers.
