As an IT Field Technician, performs hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs on laptops and peripheral devices, including troubleshooting and repairing printers and replacing components such as hard drives, SSDs, RAM, motherboards, keyboards, screens, and power supplies. Conducts system testing after repairs to ensure full functionality and follows manufacturer service manuals and technical documentation to maintain quality standards. Maintains detailed service records, including notes and equipment information, communicates effectively with dispatch teams and customers, and completes assigned service tickets within established timeframes while delivering reliable technical support.
Listed pay is $30 to $40 an hour.
