We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the front-line representative for our premium rental service. In this role, you will ensure a seamless and personalized experience from vehicle pick-up to return, engaging with customers through phone, text, email, and app to confirm logistics and accommodate special requests. Responsibilities include warmly greeting customers, assisting with luggage, providing an overview of the vehicle, and delivering vehicles directly to customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Listed pay is: $21.96 an hour.
